Tight/stiff glutes and lower back pain
Where should I start this? Well, lots of people have lower back pain and sometimes it is not because of your lower back muscles. Stiff or tight glutes can cause pain in your back too. I had it too and my training was not as good as nowadays.

BarBull Role Model: Duncan Bannatyne
Born in 1949, in the town of Clydebank, Duncan Bannatyne was raised in relatively modest circumstances. He was told by his mother that she could not afford to buy him a bicycle, so Duncan asked the local newsagents if he could start a paper round; told he would need a list of 100 potential customers, Duncan painstakingly knocked on many doors and eventually drew up a list of 100 names and addresses. He got the job, bought a bike and never looked back. In 1964, at the age of 15, Duncan volunteered for 12 years with the Royal Navy, as a junior 2nd class engineering mechanic stoker, at RNTE Shotley, near Ipswich. Continue reading →
Rat on the Roof
Warren Cahill was born 26th March 1980 in Great Yarmouth England. He grew up all over the UK in towns, such as Northampton, Torquay, Blackpool and Leeds. Cahill received a guitar on his 18th Birthday and fell in love the instrument, previous to this in 1991 he started playing the keyboard and trombone, he was a member of the Delapre Middle School Classical Band.
